[Resolved] Tata Sky — recharge complaint | |||
I have recharge on 23rd mar at 10.30am on the website rechargeitnow i have waited for the past 24 hrs but there has been no response. Later i checked my bank account today morning to clarify whether the amt has been deducted, yes it has been deducted. The same incident has happen last year around in july but i have not cmplain as i was in outstation. My son told me that online payment are not secure and he has gone to recharge it at the nearby shop and it is now working. So i hope the company which i recharge earlier will refund the money back.
