Tata Sky — Recharge of ID[protected] | |
On 31st of august, i recharged the above id for rs.2484/- thro google pay, It was not successful. Later i recharged rs.2484/- thro JRI thro hdfc netbanking. I told the call centre people i didnt get the refund of google pay payment. But somehow they refunded the actual recharge done thro JRI and disconnected the TV. Then again i had to pay to get the conncection. Now the money refunded to JRI has to come to the customer which JRI is not doing. I spoke several times to Tata sky to write a mail to their dealer JRI to refund the money. They are saying "please make JRI speak to us. We will tell them. We cant send a mail to JRI". JRI is in mumbai and i am in coimbatore. I dont have their phone no. I have spoken atleast 50 times to tata sky and repeated my story. They are agreeing it was an extra payment but since they do not have the money, they cant give us now. Was this information helpful? | |
