Tata Sky — Recharge Query | |||
I have filed a complaint on the 13th APR. I have 02 Tata sky ID's registered on my number. One is [protected] (Inactive) & [protected] (Active) The query was i had done a recharge through Freecharge and by mistake i did the recharge on the inactive number. Since then i have been following up with Tata Sky for the same as at least if they could transfer the amount from one account to another. I have been contacting multiple exec from Tata sky but no one is able to help. Above all they have unnecessarily started debiting amount from the recharge done whereas the Set Top box is not at all active because of which even the Feecharge people aren't able to help me for the same.
