[Resolved] Tata Sky — recharge related miscommunication | |||||
My subscriber i'd is [protected]. I had done a recharge of rs 10, 000 on 28 th sept 2017, rs 7200 towards primary connection and rs 2700 towards secondary connection for the mega annual sd pack. Today i recd a message from tata sky mentioning mega sd pack dropped and i will be charged rs 425 monthly and that i need to recharge my secondary connection on 10th april 2017. This is absolutely not done as i had recharged taking into account that both the primary and the secondary connections are being recharged for 12 months. Tata sky keeps advertising that you only pay rs 250 per month for the secondary connection which in this case is not being honoured. I called tata sky twice today and the first gentleman tried to connect me the floor manager but after waiting for 5min the call just got dis connected. On calling the second time i get. To understand from the cs staff that he can see i have recharges for 9000 and when j can see that my recharge is for rs 10, 000 on my to screen. He was also unable to connect me to the senior floor manger. This total mental harassment and worst kind customer service apart mis representation of facts.
