Tata Sky — Refund of money deducted during unsuccessful booking of new connection | |
While in the process of booking a new connection on the Tatasky website, the money was deducted from the account however the booking was unsuccessful. There were three unsuccessful attempts made by me. The issue was raised with Tatasky via email and phone calls however the company is refusing to refund the money. Tatasky has to refund a total of Rs12, 000/-(@4000x3 transactions)done on 21 Oct 2021 during unsuccessful attempts to book a new connection by me. The transaction details are as follows:- SBI Credit Card - Two transactions of Rs. 4000/- Each HDFC Net Banking - One Transaction of Rs. 4000/- Was this information helpful? | |
