Tata Sky — Regarding Mpeg4 set top box | |
As we the mpeg3 To mpeg4 technology you are changing your set top boxes.But after 2-3 times registation there is no responce.
since 2months i hv not used those channels which are mpeg4, evn u charge full amount of those channels.
Will it be possible to change the set top box as earlier as possible.
hear in chhattisgarh at raipur the service is worst.
i hope you will do something earlier.
Otherwise Its waste of money in tata sky.

It is brought your kind notice that I am a subscriber of
Tatasky for the last about 3.5 years with my ID No.[protected].Since
15days in continuation i am talking with customer care for replacement
of my set top box to MPEG4 version.And every time i got reply for
replacement of box next day & next day same story begins.
you can check/track my calls for my complaints various time.
i request you to change my set top box by MPEG4 by tomorrow.
If not being changed this week then from next week i shall be cut the
tata sky connection by replacement with new Dish Tv connection.Bcz i
have no any option beside remove the connection.As you always said
your service & procedures are far better then others.
Hope for replacement of MPEG4 box this week.
