[Resolved] Tata Sky — regarding recharging. | |
Sir, i am a tatasky subscriber with id no. [protected]. My recharge due date is 17.10.2017. To-day i. E14.10.2017 i recd a call from bangalore office to recharge with base package (199/-)+hd package charges+ kannada channels for 3months totalling 1, 127. Accordingly, i recharged to day. But again i received a message that rs65/- per month has to be recharged for kannada channels. I could not understand why this message has come to me again when i had already recharged rs1, 127 for packages mentioned above which included kannada channels.
