[Resolved] Tata Sky — revision of package. | |||
Two tatasky connections are in our name (I) milan kanti ghosh (Id no.[protected]) and priti ghosh (Id no.[protected]) but contact number is same. Of the id of milan kanti ghosh, i have recharged selecting a package the expiry of which is 16th oct.2018. I have taken twin connection from the above id and is due for recharge of the extended one on 7th august, 2018. Please do the following: (A) discontinue sports channel. (B) discontinue hd connection. (C) now please inform me what exact amount is to be recharged and the name of the package so that we can enjoy programme in both the tvs, without any interruption, till 16th oct.2018 when it would be due for renewal next.
