I have recharged my tata sky set top box id [protected] on 01.09.2019 after two months gap. After recharge, now my tata sky id [protected] is showing error that set top box needs to be paired. Verified Support Sep 02, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we understand your concern. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
