[Resolved] Tata Sky — Set top box not receiving signal as I am using Videocon dish after transfer from Mumbai | |||||
I had got Tata Sky conection vide customer ID No [protected] in SBI Colony at Harbour Heights in Mumbai. As my connection was through group connection I did not receive any dish or cable. They had promised that the same w ould be provided to me on my Transfer. In May 2016 I shifted to Cuttack in Orissa and got the connection using an old Videocon dish antenna as Tata Sky technician did not provide their dish antenna. I am not receiving any signal for pretty long time as the service support is poor. On 20/05/2017 I contacted their customer care and got the connection for a brief period. Today the set top box is not receiving any signal and the local technician is recommending to have a new Dish antenna.
