Respected Sir/ Madam My ID - [protected] On 16th Feb.2016, I saw my TV wrongly shown Tata sky id [protected]. Corrected ID - [protected] Wrong ID - [protected] My wife paid monthly recharge Rs. 425/- on 16.2.16 at 19.46 pm in Old Sanghvi, Pune - 411027 (In Wrong ID - [protected]) Payment Paid details are follows: O.M.RECHARGE-::16/02 19:46 [protected] 425 CONF TV[protected]SubId ;Your current Balance is 1109.299 I am totally disappinted with tata sky people, if mistake from Tata Sky and suffer by me, I call whole day tata sky customer care people and Shop keeper I call Tata Sky people more than 4 time they told me go to shop keeper and reverse money, but shop keeper very angry and told me there are many agency in between this transaction - Company-Distributors-Dealer-Agency-Agent-Shopkeeper this is not possible to reverse money in my account direct to to tata sky people.
