Dear Concern,

I just got fed up with your pathetic service & making complaints all the time.Would you please let me know, if you can provide me proper service or you want me to quite it ? I agreed, have made mistake to have your service instead for looking forward to other provider such as Dish TV .

Sorry to say your Team is not able to provide me support due to which I am forced to writing you directly ..
