[Resolved] Tata Sky — Some channels like Star Plus HD1(116), Sony SUB HD (132) and Few More showing Blank Screen | |
Some channels like Star Plus HD1(116), Sony SUB HD (132), Zee TV HD1 (142), Colors HD1 (148) and many many more channels are showing blank screen since yesterday. Few channels are working fine as well. Called Tata sky customer care today and they said we have to pay home visit charges to get this problem checked. Where there's no any changes or problem from our side. There's no error message being displayed on screen either. There's no accidental or non accidental change has happened in dish alignment on terrace. This is simply unacceptable as consumer, that we have to pay to get problem checked.
