[Resolved] Tata Sky — sony sab tv channel not working

[protected] is subscriber ID in the name of Nilesh Veera. I m unable to watch[protected] these channels inspite of regular prepayment. I tried helpline numbers at least 3 to 4 hours but no reply at all. It is totally harassment and worstest ever customer experience.
I want refund of all my recharge amount and set top box coast.hope for quick response

Tata Sky Customer Care's response If you are already subscribed to Sony SAB, just add the channel at no extra cost by giving a missed call on [protected] from your RMN.
