Tata Sky — Still date tata sky cable not fitted on my home.

Dear sir, My name ranjit Kumar Mohapatra, id no_[protected].i am purchased a tata sky connection from Bhawanipatna, kalahandi (odisha).i am booked the connection on dated[protected] on 8pm.the said engineer tell me to fitted it next day morning.the said engineer called me next day morning to fitted as soon as possible.but till now no call from there side to fitted.so why we are using the product if you are not provide well service.please revert back as soon as possible.
