[Resolved]  Tata Sky — subscribed channels disappeared

I did notice that in last two days, the channels from my selected pack disappeared. I am using the same plan since many months. Even those channels were present for about 20 days of the month and then disappeared. Plz resolve this as soon as possible. I have recharged on feb 01 and the pack included channels - sony tv, sony sab, &tv and more are missing.

I am trying to call TATA SKY customer support since last 15-20 min and although I can't...it is telling me that executives are busy.
