Tata Sky — Subscriber ID [protected], unauthoised charges charged | |||||
Hi, Please note that my Subscriber ID [protected], when I recharge my account in very second day I have noticed that signal has not removed and when I called to tata sky customer care they take my call after 5-7 mints….time and finally told me that you have to pay one visit charges @170. I wanted to inform you that since may to till date I have noticed that tata sky which is belong from tata group but they are doing some unethical practice to earn money or generate revenue from their existing customer which is totally wrong practice such a tata group which very knows about his interiority and ethics and delivery to their customer . I have paid one charges in the month of May’15 then june I was not city due to summer vacation again I have paid charges in the month of July’15 and i have not re charged my a/c in the month of Aug’15 that’s by I could not have to pay in aug’15 but when I re charge in sept’15 and yesterday night I have seen TV and everything was ok but suddenly morning there was no signal due to yesterday late night I have recharged my tata sky id from Rs. 500/- Can you please look into this and take necessary action and get back to me with proper solution because I called to your service Eng. as well as customer care deptt….but they all are bother for increase revenue in wrong way so instead of provide me honest solution they give me very diplomatic answer that if you have any issue then you have to pay visit charges…..you are not paying me visit charges on monthly basis …last time you have paid in july15 not in aug’15….please check from your recording ….what is this ????? what is his mentality …….and you are taking care customer or you are trying to annoyed your customer …. Hope I am clear on my view and now I am getting very irritated so I am ready to write this mail up to Mr. Rathan tata as I am also part of Mahindra group please understand very well. I am expecting proper solution on this within the timeline…and visit you expert in my home against my complain and I want to verify that there is no any fault from my side so no charges should be taken from my tata sky a/c.
