Dear tata sky team, I am getting getting error - this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error) for subscriber id : [protected] My account is recently recharged and has already 750 inr balance is present in my account. I want to recharge subscriber id [protected] but by mistake it recharges subscriber id [protected] so please refund Rs in my subscriber id : [protected].So, kindly I request you to resolve it.I please you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Dear Tatasky, its been 1month since I raised a complaint. Neither the recharge was reflected in wrong Subid nor I got refund.Hope this will be solved soon.
