[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky binge plan - set top plan | |||
Tata sky launched a binge subscription with amazon fire stick. I tried the device and plan and made a request of taking it back and not subscribing to the 249 per month subscription. Tata sky customer care took the request but never acted on the same on purpose. They want to push down the plan without my consent and have now blocked my entire dth box, firetv stick and content unless i pay for the binge subscription. I kept trying to return the device that came with binge plan and they kept telling me to call someother day at which date they forcedme kick start binge subscription. I need this solved asap. Similar incident... im quitting from this Service Provider. Hope you realise their fraud and unethical response in the coming days. But i hope your request gets resolved at the earliest.
