Tata Sky — Tata Sky Broadband recharge through google pay not credited

Hi,
I had done the payment for 6 months 100 MBPS plan for Tatasky through google pay but sales person is saying payment is not received by the company. However amount is debited from my account and its shown successful in google pay.
