This is an formal complaint of tatasky customer care and tata skycsales team executive fraud and mental harassment of customer.

I am rahul trying to request tata sky digital hd tv connection from last 2 weeks with customer care but no one called from local tata sky executive. Then yesterday i contacted mydthshop local tatatsky dealer and paid her 150 rs in paytm to get connection of hd dhamal mix pack with new tata sky hd connection in 1520 inr. Once call registered by dealer executive called instantly and came down to my house for setup after completion of setup when we try to activate the pack from his device he found that their is some negeligence from tatasky executive side that they didn\’t attended customer from past 2 weeks and to cover this mistake and escalation they forced me to purchase this fresh installation not from dealer and from them.

This thing is completely wrong as i have already purchase this connection now from dealer and they are forcing and mentally harassing me from past 16 hours in which continuously calling mutiple senior junior executive of tatasky.

Please help and take a necessary action regarding this.

This type of behaviour is intolerable and i am highly unsatisfied with your service. This was a case of mental harassment by your executives for 2 hours just to timely fulfil your executives targets.

Now i want to get the package of rs 1520/- with original set top box and other facilities as promised.

actually they just keep calling me and asking me if i know that guy or i have any information of him but as i don't have any information of him they keep pressurising me to close the Complaint as i don't have name, number of the guy. I am not sure if this is correct or not. if client does not have name or number of guy who deal with customer and took money does n't this should be responsibility of vendor to take care of this issue.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

There is no proper support provided by tatasky customer care. According to them customer should identify the executive is from tatasky or not even if executive doesn't carrying proper company ID card with them.

Please someone tell me as a customer how should i verify that executive is from tatasky without his company ID card? And how should i remember his name and phone when in that period of time when i was continuously discussing with mutiple people (approx 50 people) for 18 hours.

I don't understand the expectation of tatasky customer support from customer. should we (customer) remember everyone name with his ID card, phone number, address, PAN, Aadhaar information?

And still getting continuous call from mutiple people from tatasky and every time i am explaining the concern this is really a mental harassment and nobody is taking it seriously.

this issue was never been resolved as i was not having exact information of the person who came to me and taken money. they told me that they cannot help me. i am not sure if this should be like this way.
