[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky dealer is not ready to install dish in our appartment

I have been contacting tata sky guys in bangalore electronic city to install tata sky in my apartment for the past one month, once i say the area no one is ready to come for installation and says take other dish tv connections and we cannot give you connections.
They are so rude on the phone and say that if you want you can complain to any one you want, i dint expect this type of response from tata sky.
Even though i was ready to bring in your service engineer from his office in personal vehicle he is not ready to come down.
He states that the local cable guys will cause problem so i will not install tata sky in your house.

Please look into the same and get me a solution to install tata sky in our appartment.
