[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky denied my payment but amount got debited from account | |||
I have done two recharges of rs.380/- on 21st april 2020 and other rs.450/- on 20th june 2020. Both the amount got debited from my bank account but did not got credited in my account of tata sky account. I have given them all the details required to track the money but tata sky seems not in a mood to help me. I have given amount, date, bank statement, phone pe portal screenshot, utr numbers of the both the transactions to track. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
