[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky dth connection - jan'2020

Hi team,

I have taken tata sky connection in jan'2020 which includes hd set up box, firestick box, amazon prime membership free and monthly package includes for kannada regional channel of inr 99+ gst.

However i paid inr 2300, after deduction includes i had inr 565, but now its changed.

I just got set up box and nothing else given... If i ask, customer care is giving wrong information and even representative is not responding..

I have only inr 450 balance and keep on duducting amount from my tata sky wallet even in suspension mode.

Please have the sales representative who are qualified and have the ethics...

Simply i lost inr 2300..

Please find the snapshot of email which i received while taking the Tata sky connection.. No other email or SMS and hard copy of acknowledgement received..

You guys provided wrong information and made me to pay the Amount..
