[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky migration | |||
I am a reliance tv subscriber... As per their message i have given a miss call to the number provided and after two days got a call from tata sky. They told me that a new connection will be provided in the next two hours and the existing conn was cut off. I have been waiting for two days and i don't see any response from tata sky. When i called them again today they said they haven't scheduled a person to install a new connection. If they couldn't schedule... Why did they disconnect the existing reliance connection. This has left us without tv connection at home even though i have paid for the services. Is this the way tata sky is providing the customer service. Before even i got their connection they r getting into my nerves. Can someone look into this and assist us with this with urgency. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have face thiskind of issues earlier, when I had a different provider DTH and when installing Reliance DTH, I asked the person to change STB and let the dish remain the same as I would need to repair the wall again. They denied a connection and insisted on installing the Reliance Dish along with STB. Now that Tata Sky is wanting to change the dish as well, the people who come here say that their centers have asked only to change the STB and remote.
Tomorrow if I shift places and I am sure the person will say he cant install it because its not from tata sky and he cant reliance dish. Please understand the depth I am talking about. Whats wrong with the service centers of Tata Sky to just replace everything as per the process. Please do the needful in replacing the completed set as I dont expect to have any hassles in the future.
