[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata sky not working | |
Since yesterday the tata sky is not working for us, after the bad weather in Mumbai on 17th May... Getting the raining message, when the weather is clear... Called tata sky customer service. They gave instructions which didn't work... How would that work if there id dome prob with antenna here after the bad weather? They said a technician needs to be sent to check and fix the issue n will be charged Rs. 175...Why would they charge if I m paying monthly for a service???? I fail to understand... Even after a long discussion the agent as well as the supervisor kept repeating the same. I even gave example of a local cable operator who don't charge to come and fix any issue or if my electricity goes, I don't pay to fix this to Tata power. So why do I have to pay here? The agent had no answer. Finally I agreed to it, though very very unhappy. I would like to register a complaint for such an incorrect practice by the company. Was this information helpful? | |
