[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky representative fraudulently charged rs.6020

I am very old customer of tatasky fo the last 14 yrs. On 03.09.2019. Tatasky representative came with hi idcard when my mom was all aloneat home she is a senior lady of the age of 70yrs. He told to hrt your dth connection and registered mobile no is disconnected from last night. Please allow me to check the dth box of tatasky. She belived and he showed the disconnection messages. She told him i have paid monthly charges on 18.08.2019 and next is due on 21.09.2019. How they can disconnect. He told company is giving value aded scheme to the old customer. Give rs.6020. My mom use to recharged by her registered mobile no by paytm. She will do it on line. He said your no is cancelled after paying the rs.6020 all the thing will start. She ask him for receipt he sai you will receive message instant. He called the company and dth started. Same day we realised it was fraud we started emails to company. There call centers are not good, phones not pickinup. Lastly after several mails we wrote to nodal officer and ceo too. On 21.09.2019 dth servises disconnected.

Similar incident im quitting from this Service Provider. I too realise their fraud and unethical response in recent days. But i hope your request gets resolved at the earliest.
