Tata sky is making fool to public with this Upgrade . What kind o[censored]pgrade will take a week unless they are completely setting up a new service. Last 3 days continuously i m requesting to resolve the issue but they are not serious for resolving the customer's complain Every time (even seniors) are making false commitment that our one of technician will visit at your place and the issue will be sorted out today but still nobody has visited my place nor the signal has been restored. This is a clear deficiency of service and Tata Sky should provide these many lost days of additional free service to everybody who are facing this problem. If somebody has contact in national media like TOI/The Hindu etc. it is time to make this issue national. Only then Govt will come into picture and Tata will take this issue seriosly. I also agreed his comment I sent nearly ten SMS there is no reply . daily in TV you are telling today and tomorrow we will solve the signal problems, but even after six days you are unable to solve the signal problem your service is unsatisfactory.

Same here as well, i bought new connection and since then i am not getting any reception. i have requested them to take your so called stuff back and return my deposit.
TATASKY needs to be pro-active and transparent...just sending an SMS that our complaints have been registered and a rep will contact us, is not enough, until the rep ACTUALLY contacts us. Speak to your clients and reassure them...dont hide behind a false electronic screen...you need to wake up...Its been a week since 02 April...in fact, quite sloppy and un-professional.
...and yes, in today's competitive and commercial world, I think TATASKY should extend subscriptions by the amount of time they have been unable to provide services.
