Dear Sir, Reason i am requesting your help in resolving the issue explained in the trailing mail is i am repeatedly facing this situation every time i renew the package with tatasky. even after escalating the matter today morning i have not heard so far from any senior person in their organisation coming forward to help resolve this issue i am sure you would have come across many such complaints. please advice future course of action. I have made the said payment of Rs 2282/= to tatasky on[protected] which is within the due date.To my surprise i have received a message in my cell phone that my existing package is renewed only till[protected] this is unacceptable. Last year also during renewal i faced similar problem after escalating the matter it was corrected it is nauseating / Frustrating experience to go through with. I have spoken to your floor supervisor Mr Kiran now today, who has registered my compliant. complaint No: M52EMMEO he has assured me once i forward the mail sent by your office to me and amount paid by me match with the amount specified in your mail the matter will be resolved immediately. please do the needful.
