I am not able to view many channels. Iam complaining through your customercare number since last one month. The last workorder ref oscqroo dt 12th may 2016 has not attended sofar inspite of calling your customercare officials innumerable times daily. Can somebody take it seriously and take action to redress our problems.

As per customer care suggestion, i followed there instruction and plugged out all the cable and installed it after 10 sec then switched on is but same problem icon is displayed on screen
