I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue and fixing your set top box at the earliest.

For the past few months, the TV has been going off after a few minutes of playing with the words" your tatasky digicard is not inserted properly etc..."
I called the customer care number[protected]. and was told that the pincode of my address is 400208 or something and nearby are is Alibaug. I told them that my address pincode is 410209 and we are not close to Alibaug. I was then told that 410209 does not exist. I told them that it is available in google as Kamothe and to verify. But they stuck to their point that my pincode is wrong. So now I do I get my problem solved? I am unable tp watch continuously even for 15 minutes.
