Tata Sky — TATASKY: Extremely Poor and pathetic service

I am using Tatasky since 2007 Subscriber ID : [protected] . I completely understand that they are upgrading. But how many times should we keep calling helpline number (each time after waiting for more than 20 mins I get to speak to one). I am facing signal issue for the last one month. And after registering complaint for 3 times every time the work order gets completed without even the technician visiting. One of the technical even told me that is not my area and he will have to send someone else but I will have to pay that technician. If its going to take time to solve the signal issue. WHY THE HELL ARE THEY CHARGING US WITH THE REGULAR RATE? Half of the channels we are unable to see.
