[Resolved] Tata Sky — tatasky tech is asking for replacement of set-up box without providing any conclusion or symptom | |||||
This is to inform you that I am based in Bengaluru location (Banglore). The TV and Tatasky box is located in my hometown (Dhanbad shifted from Kolkata). Problem: TV was recharged after sometime and it is not working fine currently. TV works for sometime but a error hops in screen as 0% and please switch off. Today the technician came and said the set-box has gone bad (WO# 16ZT7OL8). With what conclusion, he said not sure or what symptom he has seen ? My Tatasky id: [protected] Please arrange for a call back or assign the best tech available. else i will not even bother to use tataSky anymore. it is understood from customer service representative (Nandita not sure if representatives uses fake names) that how much TataSky values their customers.
