[Resolved]  Tata Sky — transaction failed amount deducted from freecharge wallet

I have tried to recharge my tata sky account with freecharge wallet on 25-march 2020, i have paid 440 rs. (50 wallet+390 from upi id). Amount is deducted form freecharge wallet and showing as transaction successful in freecharge but transaction failed in tata sky, by bad i have tried twice so 880rs was stuck. Please let us know the procedure to get my amount back.
