Tata Sky — Unauthorised money deduction

I am a customer of Tata Sky DTH with consumer no [protected], I recharge a monthly package of 380 metro pack. On the month of Feb I got the HD package for two months 50 rs per month basis. On last 20th of march I recharge 380 which should continue till 19th Apr however it was showing 12th Apr. so when I called the tata sky helpdesk on 23rd of mar they guy from Tata sky told me that the HD connection is in the locking period so he will not be drop it off. But he is raising a case so that the HD connection will be dropped on 27th Mar automatically and validity will be extended. However it didnt happen. So I called today but the guy named Parmit told that there is no unwanted deduction has not happened. As i have already had paid the charge for HD connection my current pack should continue till 19th Apr. Cause last to last month I had rechagred of 410 (metro pach360+HD pack50). That means I have paid for Hd connection and when the hd connection will be dropped off my validy should be extended. My question is if I was said that my HD will last till 27th and will be disconnected automatically. But Parmit told me today its validity was till20t of march. None is providing the correct informtion and just incurring money from customer. Now he has dropped my HD connection however the validity is showing till 17th Apr but as per the 30 days plan it should last till 19th of Apr. Question is who is saying correct and customer has to be suffered for it. I need a clear clarification for it and I need a comalint to be raised for and on the name of Parmit. He is very rude in answering. I need someone to call me on [protected]

Hello Sir,
I'm Kumar Anand, Im having issues with Unwanted charges which is deducted from my account from Tata Sky.
In the moth of December 2017, i had change my address and applied for Relocation, So Tata Sky representative comes and Install at my new location (Charges are 200 Rs).
Now 3 Days back there is an issues with my Remote so i applied for New Remote, from my account 496 is deducted and it shows my -496Rs (200 Rs for Remote and 300 Rs for New Address). I think this is completely in justice as i purchased 200 Rs Remote and Tata Sky deducted 300 Rs. I talked with Customer Care and They are not listning to my issues.
Kindly Resolve this or else i will change the operator to Videocon D2H as i will not pay for unwanted money.
