[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unecessary charges | |||||
I had taken the connection of tata sky dth of ID [protected] by using the dish of Sun Direct on 9/1/2016 of Rs 1285/- but after sometime some channels show signal problem then customer care calls from their ownside with number regarding the service satisfaction then i told them everything about the problem then thru telephonic call on my registered no they had asked to reset the the setting of DTH but in this meantime they were not able to rectify my issue then I registered a complaint and a reprensative from TATA SKY Dth has came and change the LMB without taking our concern and charge the visit charges of Rs300/- for their own fault.Customer care didn't told about this fact and saying its a free service. When i recharge my DTH with Rs 285/- on 6/1/2017 then they automatically deducted the amount without taking our concern. this is totally a fraud and intentionally charge with the customer. total dissatisfaction.
