Tata Sky — Unethical behavior and non resolution of issue | |||||
I had raised a complaint about no signal with tata sky call centre on 13th may 2016 and till date (17th may) the issue has not been resolved. One engineer had visited on 15th may but he refused to check anything and asked me lodge another complaint which i did. Since then nobody has got in touch with me. I have called the call centre 16 times and every time a new executive asks for couple of hours to resolve the issue. I have spoken to atleast 4 people for senior service desk but they have also give false promises. Finally i asked for refund of my annual subscription which they bluntly refused. Never experienced such pathetic service from any subscriber Was this information helpful? | |||||
