Tata Sky — Very bad customer care response

My customer ID is [protected] my annual package payment was due on 10th July hence I contacted customer care number[protected] at 9.52 pm for first time and the last communication was completed at 10.28 pm. Just imagine how painful it could be. First of all, this is a complete punishment for customers, tata sky may check their records if they really have it. getting a customer care executive on line, making him understand what you need was a big challenge. first I spoke with Vikram, who told me to pay Rs 8495 which I paid within 15 minutes. I was told that I need to call them back so that the annual pack will be activated after online payment hence I called back again. This time, I was connected to Krishna. He told me that I was expected to pay 7770 for my existing pack which means I paid extra money. By the time, I was loosing patience, I told him I am recording our conversation like you do and then surprisingly phone was disconnected. My TV was not showing free channels like Zee marathi & BBC etc. Looking at my desperate efforts, my daughter jumped in and called TATASKY CUSTOMER CARE again, this was third attempt when my daughter was connected to gentleman named Ruben, who could atleast activate free channels like zee marathi. Thanks. My complaint is for following points 1. Customer care executive like Vikram don't offer proper services, these guys simply disconnect calls if they don't want to reply or continue explaination. 2. Tata sky service is really a pain, they don't respond you in committed waiting time as you hear from them. 3. I have specific complaint against people like Krishna who don't have enough patience to listen and offer solution rather he disconnected the call which is insulting, such people should be taken for task by the management otherwise customer's will run away from tatasky. 4. Today, I can't see news channels like BBC, CNN, CNBC where as I can see sports channels which I don't need. 5. I am thinking of diconnecting tatasky and go for other options if this continues. In case customer care team exists at TATA SKY, contact me on [protected]. Stop arrogent behavier with customers and concentrate on providing them correct information, look at your own customer care service ad time taken to respond, don't disconnect calls.
