[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Without Consent activated unwanted packs and deducted money

Tatasky automatically activate the pack if you have raise any complaint or if you have balance into your tatasky DTh account, it happens with last one year,
I raised the complaint againt this into tatasky customer care tollfree number, After complaint they provided me the maximum resolution time of 8th jan 02:07Pm minute. They failed their time and promises. I want to raise my voice against this fraud or scam which is happen with me by Tatasky. Please help me how i get resolution..

Fraud amount- 1239 INR including Taxes.

I have similar issue. Binge equipment given by repair tech stating 3 months free and will be renewed post that if we agree. But after 30 days I’m charged Rs.299 for binge which I never wanted then the next day Rs.129 charged for amazon prime which is inside the binge service. So total Rs.428 charged without my permission. Raised complain no proper response. Consultant saying can’t do anything charged is charged and refused to put me to manager . Informed call back but no one called . Wrote a email still no response stating pandemic delayed response but while taking money it was fast. My subscriber id is [protected].
How can I raise complaint in consumer forum. Can someone help please
