[Resolved]  Tata Sky — wrong card error 14

Hi there has been problem in the tata sky showing the information this is the wrong card for your set top box its has been a problem for me for a long time. Please help me with the solution as soon possible tata i have recharged of rs 1000 in my account if the problem is not solved then refund the amount to respective account.

I just turned on my set top box after 2 months or so and recharged it but after that it was showing that my card was not paired with the set top box.

my self thiru and I have done recharge today morning by using google pay and money(rs 100) got deducted from my account and not refunded please refund my amount (100)Asap.
