Tata Sky — Wrongly Installed Tata Sky HD | |||
Hi, Hope you are doing well. Yesterday Tata Sky HD was in stalled in my Home. My Kid opened the door and your service guy installed the Tata Sky. When I reached home at 8 pm I saw it was not done properly, wire is not at its ideal place and the wire is hanging in the wall. When I contacted the customer care for the solution - Mr.Govind said I have to pay Rs.200/- in spite of regretting he is asking for money. Means company does a mistake and customer will pay the amount?????????? what kind of service is this???????? In my same flat I have Airtel HD in another room...the way their service guys are giving service they should learn from them, Airtel team knows very well that what to do how to do and they all are perfect people.
