Tata Sky — Yearly Package is renewed based on wrong days Customers lose | |
My Tatasky package is normally valid for an year from October 1 to September 30 th. But when you Pay one day earlier say 30th September.The due date is taken as September 29th of next year. They forget that the renewal is effective October 1, 2012. It is simply like renewing insurance policy. They donot reply properly. They blame it on Systems at the cost of the Customer.
I had a big arguement with one of their senior support personnel then they credited me with two days cost two years back.
This year they have again stolen one day of viewing.
The call centre personnel and on line chat support donot understand basic mathematics.
Their group company Tatacommunications allows auto renewal of internet before due date but the pack get activated from the correct start date.
This complaint should be taken at the corporate level for all customers and the practice is not ethical. Was this information helpful? | |
