Tata Sons / Tatasky — Horrible service | |||
I have made complaints many times against Tatasky on your and other international forums for providing horrible service to their customers. My Tatasky ID-[protected]. I have been regularly paying their monthly charges but I don't receive signals for weeks. As pointed out earlier they shamelessly keep on debuting daily charges from my account without providing service. Tatasky service have been very erratic for last 2 months. TVs signals are not there for weeks. Now the latest problem is that for last 10 days again TV is not receiving signals and when I go to settings "Transponder" is automatically get selected at "AS8-1k6H instead of "IN4A-14. Inspite of best efforts "IN4A-14" is not getting selected by set top box. That shows their set top box is faulty. There set top box are of so cheap quality that they go out of order within few months and the customer is made to pay the replacement frequently.On Tatasky chat-box I talked to one Mahesh Munniganti on19/7/15 and he assured of service by 22/7/15 and gave complaint no.J6h5LIE. But till date no one has attended. Even I have similar issue. Just want to check if we post complaint in this forum will it get resolved?
