Tata Teleservices — Complaint against Tata PRI Connection & Lease Line

We are using Tata Internet Lease line 4Mbps.A/c No[protected] & 2 PRI Lines with A/C No.[protected].
We have requested many a times to TTML team to show some decency to reply to our complaints and to visit our office to resolve the Lease Line issue, but nothing has been resolved.
Internet Lease Line connection was disconnected by TTML on 23rd April 2016 without prior intimation & notice.
We are ready to pay whatever outstanding as per usages of ILL Connection and clear this matter but TTML raised the bill including exist charges which is wrong and unethical, as have not disconnected the connection from our end.
Also we have 2 PRI Lines with A/c No.[protected].For which we are regularly paying our dues and till date our payment is clear & there is no outstanding.
TTML disconnected our PRI Line 022 611***00 with A/c No.[protected] on 24th June 2016.abruptly which was our main reception line without giving any notice, reason or purpose for which we were paying the monthly rentals regularly. Which was un-ethical way to deal with costumer & we have been suffered a big loss from this disconnection.
The Tata PRI and Tata Internet Lease line connection are different things and have been taken separately. So there should be no disruption created due to non-payment of Tata Lease line connection.
