Tata tele broadband number[protected] vide account number[protected].
This is an example of harassment from tata tele broadband with innocent constomers.
We had paid advance rs.4949 amount for 6 months connection on 17th nov 2018 which was supposed to be started from december.

After that we got connection for only dec and jan that too with many connectivity issues.
We called several times but our problem was not resolved.
From feb connectivity was totally lost. After calling for many times we got to know that there was no connection from february from their side as there was disconnection from prathamesh tower as told by the customer executive.
So there was no point in continuing with the connection so we asked for the refund of amount which we paid for which we got virtually no service from their end.
On that we got reply from them saying please wait for 6 months till bills start to generate then we can revert the amount.
Lately we have been receiving calls from customer executives asking for overdue bill payment despite of explaining them number of times that we don’t use their connection and on the other hand they owe a refund to us.
This is getting really ridiculous if the amount 4949 is not refunded asap and these illegal calls for bill payment for current duration is not stopped i will have to file a police complaint or will have to escalate to higher authorities. Was this information helpful? |
