Tata Teleservices — I am receiving mails to do payment even after disconnecting the service | |||
I have disconnected the internet service in Oct 2017 after doing full payment to the representative who had visited to discontinue the connection. I have even written several mails to customer care and mail id of tata docomo regarding the discontinued connection but still every now and then i keep getting mail to do the payment. I have also replied many times to advocate deepak choudhari mails with all required documents but i think no one ever pays attention or takes trouble to read the mails sent by consumers. How can the company be so careless and can't it keep a record of whose connection is active and whose connection is discontinued. Was this information helpful? | |||

I will make payment but some issue in my transaction is failure.
Within 2-3 days i will clear my payment & 6 month ago i request invoice hard copy send by courier but till date i have not received any hard copy of the bill.
Plz do needfull..For ur help
