I had placed a disconnection request for my Account number:[protected] on Nov 16 and I received a call on Nov 17 asking for reason for disconnection. I confirmed to take the disconnection request since I am not satisfied with the service due to frequent disruptions in service and same was accepted by customer care executive that the request has been taken up and to allow 24hrs to receive the confirmation email. The following day Nov 18th I received a call from Payments department that disconnection request has been taken up. However I did not receive any email even after waiting for a week and called them on Nov 24th and then to my surprise the request was never taken and I had to reconfirm for the disconnection request and I was told since I had not used the connection since Nov 17th I would be charged for the days o[censored]sage.
Again to my surprise on Dec 8th the bill was reduced by 200/- and I was asked to pay 982/- which is to my surprise the disconnection request was never considered and even if considered from Nov 24th till Dec 8th the bill should not be 982/-.
I wrote back to customer care on Dec 8th and I was asked to wait until Dec 23rd for resolution and on Dec 24th I am asked to pay the full amount 982 instead of providing a clarity on bill on how the calculation has happened.
