Dear sir/madam,

I am piyush kumar goyal receiving emails from rishikesh bhale and advocate deepak choudhari regarding payment due on below account number;

Account number:[protected]

I would like to share the details that i have used the tata broadband services for 2-3 months, then i moved to another location. 5 days before moving to another location, i informed to tata teleservices to close this connection earlier than 7 day of bill generation date. They said that they will close the connection soon according to their policies. Again after 8 days i called them and they said that your connection is still live. Please give us 7 days to close it. And for these 7-8 days they are charging 395 rs bill.
They are forcing to pay this amount by sending mails frequently. I wanna ask to tatateleservices that this is not my fault that your service representative didn't closed the connection. As 395 rs is not a big amount to pay but why should i pay if i didn't do any mistake.

Please let me know what steps should i take. For more information please revert back.

    I had taken a new post paid Tata Docomo connection for Zirakpur, Distt Mohali, Punjab Circle. Cell No [protected] I was assured that Network in TRICITY is excellent. Immediately after activation of the connection I had lodged my complaint regarding No Network. After more than two months one representative of Tata Docomo came, he spent more than two hours in the entire society & confirmed there was No Network in the entire area, in & around my house. There has been no effort to resolve the issue. Imagine there have been only 15 Calls in last five months from that number & that too STD calls.
    I have requested that Tata Docomo may take back the SIM & return my initial deposit.
    On the contrary their billing department has been harassing for payment & giving threats on phone for dire action / court notice etc etc.

      Draft no:[protected] dt. 10/01/14 for rs. 25, 000/= was paid to tata teleservices and was promptly encashed on 16/01/14 as certified by state bank of india, lake gardens branch.

          I have been trying to generate UPC code to port out of Tata Docomo after shifting to Hyderabad as here they have only 2G connectivity and I incur roaming charges being in the same network and I require mobile data for my day to day movement here. Every time I send a request for UPC generation, the balance gets deducted and I get a regret message for inconvenience and try again later. Whenever i try, it is unsuccessful. Do not know who to approach next.

            I would like to share that I have never used service with above details, still every one or two days I am getting emails. I am not a expert but this could be mistake or fraud case done by some unknown person. Also I would like to highlight that I never stayed on address the above mentioned number is registered.

            I had call with TATA team, they told me to ignore mail as it was meant to someone else and suggested to contact domain service provider for this same issue.
            I just want confirmation from TATA docomo team that I will not have to face any problem in future due to this mistake.
            The same mail I have. I had purchased the sevices but never availed or used due to the technical problem of that dongle. I had raised so many complaints to the customer service but they dint turned up. And now they are asking me to pay the bill in spite I have not even availed the services. Worst services. I will pay for the services for which I have not availed yet. What is this. Fake or Fraud?

            Since few weeks now i am receiving email from this [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com. I request tata services to maintain customer profiles with utmost confidentiality if you really care for you customers and your reputation. Because when i checked the https://www.tatadocomo.com/, it says due amount as Rs435/- even after i make the payment. Its really not acceptable that a company like Tata docomo supporting such a scam. I dont have any such due and please payback the amount i deposited.

            I am receiving threatening emails from Tata Docomo lawyer - Mr. Deepak Choudhary of DSS Legal Services. My roommate and I had purchased the connection when we were living in Pune. After our graduation, we disconnected everything as we had to vacate the house. We were not using the services as we were travelling constantly around the country on a holiday trip. So imagine our surprise when we start getting hounded by Tata Docomo employees demanding we make payment immediately for something we are not even using. Now we have received a threatening email but I took it to a real lawyer who showed me various instances of fraud in the email.

            The email contained a bogus law office header, it was filled with spelling mistakes and it used very vulgar language that no legal notice would ever contain. I am uploading this complaint against Tata Docomo because I am genuinely appalled by the lack of seriousness from their Customer Service team. Also, I would like to know how these fraudulent people got my email id when I have only shared it for registering with Tata Docomo?

            Eagerly awaiting for some clarification this harrowing mater.

              I am getting calls & now "notice u/s 20 (2) of legal services authorities act, 1987" for the due which i am not liable for.

              I have already explained 10+ csr the reason why i am not liable for payment for which they agree and promise it will be waved-off and i won't receive any call/mail but now they sent this notice.

              Hi,

              I am very very disappointed and now feel being harassed by tata docomo customer care as well as the services.

              I had a broadband connection with account no.[protected] which started giving continuous/frequent disconnect starting from 5th feb for which i have almost raised 5 tickets and there was no resolution. The most disappointing thing that 2 of these tickets were put under so called "observation for 24 hours" for which there was no follow-up and tickets were closed without getting consumer consent.

              Raising of tickets and following up on customer care continued for almost 20 days and it was frustrating to keep explaining the problem to so called customer care service which were even not able to read the tickets which were already raised with same problem, its nothing less than torture talking to customer care.

              Following all this torture and disappointment, i was left with no option than to cancel the service which was also a trouble with you guys as calling toll free number is not enough, you guys wanted a mail which i did as well dated 2nd march.

              So basically i was not able to use service since 5th feb till i disconnected.

              Later, i started getting calls that payment is due for which i have almost explained 6 of your representative that i am not liable to pay anything after 5th feb as you guys were not able to restore the connection even after proper follow-up from my side.

              I am still getting call which is so unprofessional on tata docomo part and it's really frustrating and feels like getting harassed even after doing everything.

              As per confirmation received from concern, we need to inform you that connection was suspended on 07-MAR-2016 as per cancellation request[protected] which was raised on 03-MAR-2016.Billing complaint[protected] has been already resolved and as per the confirmation from network team all dockets are resolved within CMI hence waiver is not eligible.
              Also shared the invoice copies for pending outstanding amount for which you are getting the legal notice and payment reminders.Requested to clear the outstanding amount.

                This has happened a year back -
                I had cancelled the connection still in the following month i was asked to pay rs. 583/-
                Why?? What for? I never consumed any services post my cancellation request.

                We have subscribed for Tata Broadband connection for our office around a year around. We have taken a plan of 10GB @ 10 MBPS speed. We were promised by the marketing guy that we would get a speed of minimum 8-9 mbps. But on the contrary we never got that speed. we always got 4mbps, 3mbps, 5 mbps etc., Irrespective of all these we paid all bills all the time without any delay.

                There were days when the internet was not active almost foe one week.

                For last 3 months the speed went much down to even .5 mbps. I am attaching screen shots of speed test.

                I raised multiple complaints but problem was never resolved.. Later I got fed up and disconnected the connection last month. While a made a call for disconnection I clearly mentioned to wave off my last bill due to the inconvenience caused.

                The connection was terminated within a week but no one came to my office till date to collect the equipment.

                Now these people are sending me multiple remainder to pay the final bill. I got a letter asking to pay final billl and contact of some Mr. Apurva Rajput([protected]) for any queries.

                When I spoke to Apurva he spoke very bluntly saying we never promised you wil get 10 mbps speed. its just the plan name. Then when I spoke about waiver he said he will get back to me on it and NEVER GOT BACK ON IT. I even sent him a reminder on Wats app for which he replied please wait sir. I have been waiting for him to get back

                Today they sent me a court notice for the same. The notice says that I refused to handover the instrument after disconnection. BUT THE TRUTH IS NO ONE EVER CAME TO OUR OFFICE TO COLLECT THE INSTRUMENT. When i called apurva he don't even remember speaking to me and says they will withdraw notice only if I pay the bill.

                Now I have decided to take things legally and hence I am raising this complaints here

                  Acc No[protected], sent email to listen and appellate.KK @ TTS to close/ terminate my connection with immediate effect on 6/7/2015. No response received. Pathetic service from TTS POS employees are extremely rude.

                  Tata Teleservices — not giving proper salary

                  We working very hard in this company. But company pay very less salary to us as well as they are not giving any facilities to us. when we asked them about increment they told us to leave the job.

                    Hi,

                    This is to inform you that I have taken Tata Broadband connection in Zirakpur- Mohali on 12 Feb-2016 and after 2 months on 13-April-2016 I logged complaint for frequent disconnection and slow internet issue. Surprisingly my complaint not resolve till date I called Customer care many times for resolution of issue and every time they assured me that my complaint will be resolved within next 24 hrs and I don't know by when these 24 hrs will come.
                    Finally I have given request for disconnection of connection and connection got disc-connected on 30-April-2016...Good news is this I received bill for the for non usage of connection and also for the time period when my connection was disconnected.
                    I am very thankful to for whole TATA staff who not wasted there valuable time to even contact there customer who is raising his concern from last 1 month. I think they are busy in some other assignment where they analyze how customer frustrate and disconnect his connection.
                    Great Customer experience and a lesson for every one not to opt service provider like this.

                    As per confirmation received from concern, we need to inform you that we got termination request on 23-APR-2016 and cancellation request has been raised with reference number[protected] &[protected] vide Account number[protected]. The line gets barred within 07 days after registering termination request, it takes 15 days for disconnection and permanent disconnection is in 90 days.

                    As per process account got suspended on 30th April 2016. Before suspension the charges will be payable.

                    Also shared the copy of invoices .Temporary Suspension done on 30th April 2016 and 2 days amount is already deduct from the bill of Rs 109.90.

                      I am a tata photon customer from a very long time, however stopped using internet services as i wanted to cancel the subscription. I requested for the cancellation in january 2016, and was promised that my account will be cancelled upon payment. I cleared the undue amount and assumed that my relationship with tata is over now. To my utter surprise, i again received a call from tata customer care seeking payment of a due amount. I again expressed my interest in service termination, and was advised to go online and file for cancellation, i was little disturbed for two reasons, first my service agreement was not cancelled at first attempt and second i have to go online to request for cancellation, was wondering why a customer care representative cannot raise a cancellation request. As advised, i searched for a cancellation request form on the website but could not find any hence decided to carry on with my work. A few days later, i received a call again from a lady from customer care, and as usual i had to narrate the entire story to her, i wonder if they even keep a track of the conversation. The lady requested me to be on hold, as she was raising a cancellation request. I was kept on hold for more than 7 minutes, thereafter call got disconnected, do not know whether it was a network failure or deliberate disconnect. Since then, i have been receiving calls from tata representatives and being asked to pay the money in a very unprofessional and unacceptable tone. What more shocking was, a guy from tata services walked up to my door in attempt of getting the payment without prior confirmation whatsoever. The gentleman made me speak to his supervisor (Sonu), who upon requesting for investing the matter bluntly denied any assistance (Mere paas itna time nahi hai ki mein last 6 months ki calls check karu). The supervisor was not willing to disclose this name, employer details etc when asked and disconnected the phone line. I managed to take required information from the representative.

                      I never expected tata service to demonstrate such a unprofessional behavior, below are details for collection party representing tata services.

                        Dear Team,

                        I was using Tata Teleservices broadband connection bearing account number[protected]. I had paid six monthly advance rental for the same (one month subscription free). At the time of taking connection I have been informed that you will receive call from Tata Teleservices for suitable plan before expiry of seven months advance rental.

                        At that the I had specifically requested to limit my credit to Rs 500 only. However, after the expiry of the advance rental, Tata Teleservices suo moto changed my plan Rs 799/- without any prior intimation.

                        If i have set my credit limit to Rs 500/-, how can they suo moto change my plan without my prior consent to Rs 799/-. The movement I received call from payment of first monthly bill of Rs 900 (approx), I have immediately requested to cancel the connection. Further, the call center could not answer to my question when my credit limit was set at Rs 500, how can they enforce plan of Rs 799 suo moto.

                        Now I have started receiving call from recovery (Phone No [protected]) using abusing language.

                        However, no one responding to my email of how they have changed my plan suo moto to Rs 799/- and when the credit limit was fixed at Rs 500/- only.

                          How does people believe your service. I have closed my old postpaid number [protected] and bought a new.#. Reason for buying new one is you people are neither responding nor changing the plan. That's y i closed it. For the new one also you are playing games like advertising some other plan and bill shows some other plan. Do you accept if these things happens for u. What shud i do.. I wanna file a case against this. I have all the call recording and the relevant mails with me.

                          I dint abuse them i just raised my voice since they attended my call after some 100 rings.
                          Please temme how to take action against them.
                          I need justice atleast from your side. Being a tata employee i'm facing these sort of nonsense.
                          We hv many problems in each and everyone life. If you face these sort of issues even after being paid how you could digest?.
                          They hv been cheating customers for achieving targets. Misleading the information and selling out the product. Who will take action against them?

                            First of all, Tata Teleservices claims to deliver one of the
                            best and fatstest broadband services and try to fool the customers. The day this broadband connection was applied with no. [protected], couple of days the same only it was not at all working.
                            I had immediately reported the same to CC and was informed that a
                            service engineer will be paying visit of the same but no compliant no. was shared with us.
                            Yet no-one visited or called for more than 2 weeks, Not to mention in
                            this whole duration, we had totally stopped using this new Tata docomo
                            broadband connection and had resumed our existing connection. The
                            usage logs can be checked for this connection for further reference.
                            Post 2 weeks, the service engineer who came, even did not try to
                            sort the issue and gave the feedback that there is some issue with the
                            fiber optic box connected in my block.
                            Being a customer, my issue still remained the same and during this
                            duration I had already called CC again to get the connection
                            disconnected due to the pathetic connection and service being offered
                            by your company.

                            Post that also, I wrote a formal mail to get the connection
                            disconnected in the same month but I failed to get any response on
                            that. Infact, your company continued to generate bill for 2 more
                            months. Where it can be clearly seen from usage history that there was
                            no usage at all from our end since we had physically disconnected this
                            in the same week in which this was connected.
                            Additionally, we had even asked to take back the relevant
                            device/router, which again was not done for couple of months. Finally
                            an employee of yours had come and we had returned the relevant device
                            as well.
                            Yet the bill was being generated for 3 months continuously where I had asked to disconnect in the first month i.e. the very week it was connected.
                            From last year end, I have started receiving threatening calls and mails for legal action from multiple nos. and departments. Some of them are extremely rude and unprofessional and has been a total harassment for me.
                            It has been now more than 2 years and am still getting such mails
                            where I had already responded timely and asked for the relevant
                            disconnection but timely response was not done fromyour end. Not to
                            mention, I have repeated this several times to several team or
                            employees of yours.
                            Rather than you being apologized for the way your engineers and
                            customer care support staff handled this issue originally, you
                            continue to send me such mails for outstanding bill payment without
                            investigating the complete issue.
                            The multiple calls which I had with your CC executive along with my data usage can be validated from your call center recordings and database.

                            If I had used your connection even for a day or so properly, would have considered myself guilty and agreed to pay the bill for that month (not the further months as had asked for disconnection in same month).

                            Hence finally I had to report this to the consumer forum as this has become a real frustration & harassment for us as a customer as I was the one who suffered because of your poor and irresponsible services and am not entitled for any such bill payment for a product/service which I did not use at all.

                            Please assist in getting this addressed and taking this to the Appellate Authority.

                              Sir i am mohammad kareem khan R/o Hyderabad . i was the costomer of Tata Docomo post paid costomer. and i faced a bid problem when Tata Docomo monthly bill was 2200 instead of my monthly plan 350. i complained about it many times and finally they disconnected my connection i faced alot of problems due to disconnection of my account. now i am getting legal notices from Tata Teleservices . Kindly look in this matter .

                                  For the last 2 months the Internet speed is very low & sometimes no connection at all. When I visited the Tatadocomo Store at City Center 1, Kolkata to complain about the same, the service Representative rudely said that they can't help & if I wish I may disconnect the service. What an excellent SERVICE!

                                    Dear Team, i was having TATA Public Telephone Booth(PTB) on the name of my father Girdharlal Nagjibhai Tanna on 25-Jan-2004. at the time of getting the booth we gave Rs.19995 as security deposit for that and company said that it will refund the money after some deduction when we give the booth back. after 6 years i returned the booth to company and before returning i called in cust. care to know my deposit balance and they said that there is Rs.17000 deposit is refundable and can get it back in 45 days post returning the instrument to company. but when i returned the booth to company on 8-Apr-2010 it gave me receipt of equipment returned note stating that i have returned full equipment to company. after few days when i called in customer care they said that its in process and give me my deposit money back in sometime but didn't give exact time. this talks were going for many times but they were giving the same answers which was not satisfactory. and once when i called to customer care they said that my complaint is closed automatically because company has closed its outlet from everywhere. and when i asked them that what about my deposit money than they dont have any answer. post that i contacted local officer named (Paresh Bheda) and he said that will connect with the company and inform me. after 3-4 days i went to him and asked about the matter but, i shocked to hear his answer. he said my deposit money is not refundable as per senior level officers said to him. he asked me to come after 2-3 days during that time he will check and inform me about the matter. after few days i again went to his office and he said that company had sold me the booth so i cannot get deposit money back. then i saw him the deposit receipt of Rs.19995. but he said we cant do anything. then i asked him that if company had sold me the booth for 19995 then why it got back the booth. then he said that company had gave it to mefor use only so there is no refundable amount for your name. after that i called cust. car then they are stating that there is still having my deposit amount of Rs.17000. this is running for last 4-5 years and i am going here and there but nothing came out positively. nobody is giving proper response. now there is no cust. care no., no contact person/team. for last 2-3 years there is no response from anywhere. i am expecting my deposit money back (with 18% interests).                                     i need my security deposit amount back with 18% interest for 5 years.
