Tata Teleservices — irritating calls from the customer care of ttsl | |||
This is with reference to my account number of tata docomo[protected], i had requested for discontinuation of my account in September, 2017 since i was moving from Pune to Mumbai. Post that your company still continued to send me the bill for the month during which the number was not active. After, numerous calls to your customer care to revise my bill it was not done, and your customer care people harassed me with messages and calls asking to pay the bill (for the month which i did not use your services). Your company as even sent me a legal notice for non-payment of the bill, which is highly disgrace. Before i could take action on your legal notice, your customer care people suddenly reduced the bill (only to the month which i used the services). I paid the bill as per the revision and thought the account is closed for now. To my surprise, after one month of bill payment I received another bill for the month of January, 2018 and another bill in current month of February, 2018. And again the same story continues, with your people harassing me to pay the bill. I have been trying to reach your customer care and everytime they assure me that this will be resolved but i continue to get sms and IVR call for the bill payment For a company has reputed as Tata Telecom, such kind of mismanagement is highly not appreciated. I was suppose to get my new number from Tata Docomo for the Mumbai circle but this experience has led to decide against this.
