Tata Teleservices Limited — not refunding my security deposit

Sir, According to the aggreement rules provided by the tata tele service limited, it has been clearly mentioned while taking a phone subscription that at any sort of time if we decide to unsubscribe the service then they will be giving a refund of Rs 1000 which was taken as a security deposit at the time of subscription . But now when we approached to the nearby main office of tata indicom, they are refusing to pay the security money. Its been a long time I have tried for it . They are voilating their own good rules. Plz help. I have given a scanned copy of the reciept with contions applied form. Form number of tata indicom walky prepaid is [protected]. Looking ahead for your justification.
